oh alright, so it was one/third. My bad, so it still seems like it might be tough for them to even break even on the whole project, if you look at it as a NPV analysis they had a negative NPV and took value away from the firm. I am disappointed in the decision and the results after they projected such high amounts. Hopefully they can get closer to their predictions on the last 2/3rds.
