Unfortunately, you have very little recourse my friend. Even attempting to track Palmer down will come to naught. Yahoo has a non disclosure policy and even the U.S. Gubmint becomes stymied when attempting to track individuals.
You going to sue ATLJ ? I don't think you are going to have much success in the Ajerbaijan court system. Also think even if you DID recover, their currency is in the form of camel dung !
