Yes.....that may be a good idea.....
I would definitely not test with a large amount either....
If that situation occurs....people will quickly pull their certs and what person in his right mind would sell at .0012??
Therefore...shares may be very hard to get. In fact it may be impossible to buy any shares on the US market.
