sounds like a good idea to try to convert some shares and try out the pdr exchange sure but as of then going back into the american market and buying more PNMS then converting again and doing that over and over to then trade them at .01 i dont see how it will be that easy.

I think by doing that i'm sure your going to get taxed pretty heavy for the fact ur now tradeing in an overseas market i would think. i dont think it will be that easy to buy shares on the american market then convert them into PDR's to then trade them at .01 sounds a bit to easy theres gotta be something else to this besides a yearly $250 PDR market member fee and $10 a trade.maybe theres minimum trades or other restrictions we dont' know yet about.

i'm very curious as to how we would be taxed, maybe some you other investors might know if its worth to invest in overseas markets such as the PDR exchange for us in the states.
