Is this a bottom or is there more downside?

or...

Is this a bottom and there is nothing but upside?

And knowing this is an acquisition play and then understanding the value of those acquisitions and putting a potential value on them.

Its all about perception and how the market wants to react to it.

Personally I see this as a VALUE ADDing type stock.
