Just guessing, but wouldn't it need to be a # that they think the masses think, isn't possible. That has bothered me all along, because I always look at preferred as the equivalant of a savings account or bond or other equally boring thing. So, why it bothers me is that they want to tempt above reality. I guess we will find out.
