Your a genius, What better way to get attention in the world markets! Even if PNMS buys back all the US shares sent in for .01 - .04 (16m to 64m ) they would have money to spare and get noticed through out the world and would ensure the success of the new PDR exchange and huge future earnings!
Oh, by the way, they've already sold 200,000 PDR's at $400.00 a piece , to investors in Latin America that feel confident that what PNMS has set up down there will pay off big!!
