I am somewhat surprised by the disgruntled voices when this is basically what we've all been waiting for. I was planning on going with the one year scenario so the fee does not affect me or anyone else who wants to test it out for a year. Surely, it was a bit of a surprise but, on the other hand, we all want Panamersa to be a revenue generating venture, so these fees may well turn out to be to our benefit in the long run. Additionally, we were all warned about the need for passports which is not a big deal unless someone is really looking hard for something to whine about. For anyone to expect all questions to be answered in one PR is unreasonable. Rather than bitch, I'd suggest someone be put in charge of compiling a list of questions submitted by us so that IR can issue a FAQ containing all the answers.
In short, this is truly groundbreaking and I'd like to show my gratitude to MT and the company for pioneering something that may actually change our PPS in a big way whether you send in your certs or not. I wouldn't be surprised if the major media pick up this story. And, yes, for anyone to go to all this trouble, I am willing to put my trust in them.
