Good point, but times are a changin' IMO. Now that OTCQX is offering a means of identifying quality microcap firms, those that provide the "equivalent" of Edgar Financial information will receive a premium value for their efforts. The separation of wheat and tares will help investors value heretofore unknown companies.
This is a brilliant stroke by Pinksheets to create value for solid investor friendly companies that don't want to pay either the huge fees of larger boards or be over regulated by SARBOX.
I agree book value will play a big role but so will earnings in the near future IMO.
