DAU, If they can claim that it was imported from Canada then probably the spin is it really isn't here and we are Mad Cow Free! There is a lot at steak (excuse the pun). If we can claim the Mad Cow was imported then U.S. Beef Products are once again safe!
If the disease was contracted here then the whole u.S. beef supply is suspect, but not so if it was imported!
