Oh yawn. Naked shorting is not a major problem in penny stocks. Toxic financing and insane dilution are.

And Altomare is a great little diluter. The low stock price is no mystery. It should, I think, be lower, given all the trouble Fluffy's in, and given his propensity for lying and exaggerating.
