1. This suit may not be. But I would be willing to theorize that if Stefoglo felt he had a claim to the patents and that Cavasin was going to capitalize on them without him, he'd sue.

2 and 3. Perhaps not. It is possible that after he left, Stefoglo got riled up and filed the suit then - or threatened to.

3. If the deal fell through prior to his leaving, perhaps he thought an in-person meeting would help. It could be that he thought there was riper funding opportunities in SEA as well, because many believe that our Eastern neighbors are a little more forward thinking when it comes to alternative energy.

I'm not saying that its a fact, I'm merely saying that there was a lot of lead time between the time Cavasin left and the time the deal was to be done or dividends issued for something to go awry and scare Siam off in the eleventh hour.
