Cash , very well worded. Again, it all falls down to the JV deals. If they are legit, the loans are a guarantee and JMCP will become a good company with a good pps. Just waiting for the strong prs over the next few months to see if the pieces do actually fall in place as management mentions constantly. I wonder what the delay in prs this week?
