bid .023 and ask .023

this is one of the strangest stocks as to value and trading I have ever seen.... with d-day approaching shortly and the "good things that are told to us happening" and we are only trading at .023 with less than 100k traded... what does this mean... who knows but not normal speculation for a pinkoland stock... they better have the goods and show them that is for sure... in my opinion
