I just saw on our front page newspaper that the current armored vehicles in Iraq are failing to protect against the newer bombs now being detonated against them.
WHY can't we use can't we use technology to DEFEAT any signals that are being used to detonate these IED's, roadside bombs, etc, by running a series of numbers AHEAD of the vehicle to denotate the bombs well ahead of the convoy, OR send out a scrambling signal around the vehicle to defeat/block the triggering signal? I know some of these bombs are probably hardwired, but what about the remote ones. Like the ones using cellphone signals? Don't we all know how cellphone signals can fail. Like dropped calls.
The protection device would require a computer on board, I am sure. Could HISC incorporate this into CyberTrackers?
Someone, please forward this to HISC, as I am a work and cannot bring up the email sight.
Thanks.
