Final approval to launch Cerro Rico operations expected in three weeks is major news. I believe that the company should have or will be able to obtain major financing to start operations. Apex mining, SIL, has seen its stock soar as it continues to develop it bolivian mine.I am looking for some positive action in the price as investors become more confident of a startup. Maybe we will have a similar update on Pulacayo plant stratus soon. Keeping the faith in Jaime.
