Fearfrost, we are all waiting on your "take" of the visit with Malcolm. I hope that you ask some hard questions and can get some definite answers. Like, "What in the world is Malcolm's solution for the huge drop in SP?" If he is so confident in CYGX, have him tell you the steps he is taking to bring the SP back up. We need help, NOW!
