I also was looking at the bankruptcy filing and it was file on March 8th 2000. So that is 7 years to the date that MA resigned. So not sure if there is a statute of limitations but I have a feeling that Michael Anthony was waiting for this date in order to get that Q off of ATGD and get her sold possibly, may all be done already and we will see our "new officers" soon?(odd but the first one that i found is 10 yrs+1day to the date and the bankruptcy is 7 yrs to the day)
