Caribou mine now ready for production. Restigouche pit dewatering underway; production expected in late June. Caribou will supply ore to mill until Restigouche comes on stream.

Mill cold commissioning underway, with hot commissioning in late June; full productivity by year end.

Sales agreements in place for all of lead production and half of zinc production. Negotiations underway for remainder of zinc production; provisions expected to be in place shortly.

With recently closed debt funding, corporation is fully funded through startup of production.
