The after hours are only posts of earlier trades

The market makers can consolidate orders and we have seen an institution buying and they seem to get posted after the market closes. Tonight as you saw 30k and 50k and last night a 125k buy. These are not traded after hours only posted after hours as they were likely a lot of trades to fill an order.

as to moving to AMEX or NASDAQ - the SEC has 30 days to make comments on the last 10SB filing of May 15 after which NNRF will answer those comments and when the process is finished they can apply to the exchange.
