So the Federal Govt. should let,"oligopolies roam and control the basic product—performance and publishing rights...", and stifle competition and innovation willy nilly because now would not be a good time to be distracted by the robber barons?? Man, with thinking like this in the mainstream press we better all hang on to our wallets tight. The Petroleum Institute of America is gonna be looking to hire Powers out from under the nose the RIAA if they're not careful.
