Again, I am no lawyer and do not make any laws, but they way it was presented to me, if action needs to be taken, which it looks like it MAY,(but we hope not), then the clock starts from the time you FIRST had any REASON to suspect something was wrong. That would lead all of us back to the first suspension.
If you are successfull in argueing differently, go for it.
Also, some are argueing that our case is with another agency. Again, from what I have been told, the ONLY recourse we have is through our brokers as those are who we dealt with. We as traders did not deal with any other agencies, the brokers did that.
