Yup, the SEC cases are incredibly slow moving. Their case against USXP took 3 full years before they got a summary judgement for some of the charges originally filed. Now they're moving toward trying to get the remaining charges resolved.

This isn't as complex, as there are only 2 entities, and not several cohorts. But it will still be a very long time, if no settlement is reached.
