Question on AHRX...
THis is part of a PR...
"As part of its commitment to assist AlphaRx with its funding initiatives, Greystone has committed to an interim unit financing in the amount of $500,000 providing the company with additional short-term working capital in advance of more significant financings. The $500,000 financing will consist of common shares issued at $0.15 per share, and having attached warrants exercisable at $0.50 during the first year and at $0.75 during the second. "
Does this mean dilution in the form of an S8?
