So wht happened to the "assets" of IBCX now that Hayter is gone in TSXT ?? are the rstaurant coming to pop up in PRSU...it loks like that shell "merger" was a gameplan from Hayter and Burmaster just to get rid of IBCX and pending liabilities??
never followed the "merger" really..how did that happen..just realized that I suddenly had 380 shares of TSXT in my trading account..!!
