Since no info is available to change it, let's assume that we still have 355M O/S. If the "merger" happens with them buying in at $20M (again, just for the sake of argument, nothing to support that number), each share gets .0563. if I have 1M shares, I get $56,300.

Lets say thay do a 1/10 R/S. Now I have 100k shares, but that $20M divides by 35.5M shares so each gets $ .563. My 100k shares is worth the same $56,300.

I don't see the logic of an R/S since the buyer intends to take the company private though. Once they buy it, there will no longer be any GBDX.

You didn't say what price I should be looking for though - and didn't answer if you got any of your .002's you were looking for previously?
