Obviously there never was any kind of reconciliation between the partners and until this is settled in court nothing is going to happen here apart from mm's buying at .0001 and selling at .0002. Oh well just gotta file it away until a miracle occurs or the share distribution between partners is sorted out. As usual one partner is happy with their share until the dollar numbers start rising and then greed sets in and they want more than the original agreement, and the rest is history. JMO
