So, lets see if I have this straight. They won`t
commit a dime to a contract with Integral(for Electriplast) because there simply hasn`t been time to bring their customers on board.

Yet according to many on this board, they have already
committed thousands of dollars, some say hundreds of thousands, to upgrade and increase their
capacity to produce Electriplast. And that is, of
course, because there simply aren`t any customers on board yet. Huh?

In summary, according to you, they are willing to
incur a large capitol expense for a demand that may never develop. A demand that they themselves don`t even want to be a part of yet.

Your logic escapes me.
