I just don't understand Mr. Megas's thinking, by not keeping the filings up dated in a timly manor, I thought the 10q was due out on the 15th.

I would think if he doesen't file it soon he will lose the 15c-2-11 / Legacy status. I can't figure why he would want to do that.

Anyone have any thoughts?
