Update - I just spoke with 'Homer' at Lightsmedia. I decided to call after having sent a couple of queries through the Lightsmedia website with no response.

he said he just heard from Alex Cavasin this past sunday May 27th, by email. the communication from AC was:

*** he's 'now able to access email and has received a flood of them.'
*** he also asked homer to update the website with some minor changes. ***

homer wasn't volunteering a lot of info at first. Then I let him know I had been in pretty regular contact with AC before (and I mentioned the server attack issues of past, and that I have suspected he may not be getting all emails) he seemed a little less defensive.

when I mentioned an IP trace indicated Bangkok, he just paused then said, 'Bangkok? huh. well that's good.' It seemed like an awkward moment in the convo. Maybe he was surprised at the efforts being made in tracking AC. I dunno.

he did say he also heard from AC on Apr 7 and Mar 16, and that 'a lot of people are trying to get a hold of AC.' he also said to feel free to call again if any other questions.

why would AC bother updating the website if he was scamming?

Maybe another person could contact Homer and see if they can get any more info from him. As I've found in the past, a sharing of info seems to work well in getting new info. T. 450.510.0800.
