Any Thoughts on NCTI or ENGY?

They're both near their lows. Stochastics indicate an oversold situtation imo on both. ENGY has done nothing to attract broad investor interest as near as I can tell and NCTI is pretty quiet as well with only 1 PR in the last month.

Any thoughts?

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
