I have a call into AECH counsel Joseph Emas, no call back as yet. As counsel, he may not return my call right away if there is something pending.

If no updates come out in the next couple sessions I will place a call to J Gomez.

Today was a slow day in the small caps overall, I expect things to pick up more as we get into the week..
