ask the TA how the share structure got to where it is. yeah i am civic minded B or N no nevermind to me. Ask TA what date they become involved with Regions? did they work with Mark Smith of fcnk prior to his sell to Region? if not who transferred shares to regions? paperwork is the key as your firm will advise I am sure... The TA should be willing to share in writing any info they give over the phone. is it really that civic of me to advise people to ask for the print???


Honest, GLTA I'm real long!!! the shet is just getting deeper than my shoes. so I posted my concerns. I also get tired of the cry 'MM are manipulating' when people lose money playing penny stocks. They are pennies for a reason. Next time someone talks to the great Jerry why not ask why he won't post share structure on website??? What's to hide?
