On the preferred deal,
we just gave the company a lot of common shares to do with what they want. If they know the numbers are going to be bad, they'll probably sell around now. If they think/know the numbers are going to be acceptable or better, they'll wait to sell. I figure they're going to sell some to raise more cash, can't have too much money. In essence, the company, and maybe even exagerated by shorty, will tell us what we're going to see before they lift up the curtain in the next week or two. IMHO.
