I got a response From AT. They simply stated they could not go into detail as to why the restrictions were placed on RGNO, nor could they give a time frame when they would be released..It was mentioned they take trading seriously. With this reponse, certainly a show of numbers should show that traders also take their brokerages seriously.

Again, I am in Scottrade, and see no reason to switch based on this response.
