What if it is as Pual suggests which is an audit around the corner. If that were the case then maybe Matin is doing his buyback now, in dribs and drabs. Just before a positive PR showing the company really has turned the corner. Then the stock takes off barely stopping at a buck. Gosh, I'd better buy some now.

Thought I'd throw out some red meat.
