I expect and hope to see a PR updating the progress of the PDR Exchange beta testing. And if it isn't 100% ready to go. If they have found bugs or other issues. I hope they PR that and delay the launch until it is fixed and foolproof. Then and only then would I expect any PR's with details on what to do or where to send your certs.
