Tyche Energy's outstanding shares is 665,089,020 as of March 9, 2007 post split. Tyche Energy trades in North America on pink sheets (OTC:TYEG.PK) and on the Frankfurt exchange (GR:T2Y).
I believe Biogenerics holds 27.5% og Tyche Energy.
As it pertains to your question about PV-10 classification, that information must be reported publicly which we will be doing either through press release and/or through our company website.
As stated previously the company is in the process of completing an annual report which will be published once it becomes available.
