Penny stock forums ( http://www.pennystockforums.net ) has NLUB as its pick for this week. I've made a few dollars off their last picks, so i am looking at getting in. Is $.0015 a good price??? or should I put an order in lower than that. Also if I get in what should I look to sell at.

Looks like a good low floater but can't get a good chart. Also have not been following daily trading. Any help would be nice but I can always fly blind.
