Regardless of the shareprice, RIM routinely looks/acts inept... and on occasion the shareprice more accurately reflects the fact RIM is dead money. IMO there is still plenty of downside to come... I think when it's clear they don't have a product to sell, outside of some lame FPGA they're supposedly selling to EC - even the most loyal will drop off... and gee - do you think there is another death spiral round coming in order to keep the compensation gravy train going? Ya think? And what about a gigantic reverse split... so they can get back to a couple bucks a share, for a few months - before they drive it down again. The pattern is known - it's set in stone... just a different year.
