i finally actually filed a complaint with the sec stating the "leading" pr's and following sales of tens of millions of shares.......
the promise of a buyback with no follow through, etc.

and authorizing n issuing millions more shares without a shareholder meeting or even a chance to vote......

and more......lol......
lets see what response i/we get.....i'll let u know
