Confused, where does it state mgmt was issue restricted shares? Please copy/paste. Also, if they are restricted it's only for a year, because Gar stated in his interview he would be sell some shares in 2008.

Which if he plans on selling in 2008, He plans on the PPs to be very good by then. Just a great reason to invest in this stock, WE'RE ALL in it together. :>}
