OT: There is no lawsuits with Nokia or Samsung over patents.
The questions is what the rate Nokia should be paying. Is Ericson settlement tricker Nokia rate? Samsung already agree to pay same rate as Nokia once it has been established. So the case go to arbitration in regard to rate from January 2002 (That is 2 year+ back pay.) Do your own due diligent?
