No, imho, carlos has nothing to do it w/, its all petty cash
if he's selling a small ammount, from what i can imagine
as long as he is in central america, at his mom's / sisters
estate, he wants for nothing

he is greedy he wants massive gains, he will not sell shares
imho, he'd much rather sell the family silverware to feed
his pathetic needs
