Imcat - - - Are You Sure About That ?

I Don't Really Go For Your

" S h o r t i n g - E x c u s e "

When You Have These Apparent
33M Shares Supposedly Being
Dumped By Some "Shell" People

In Which Our "Gene" May Really Be
Eating-Up At A Secret Pre-Arranged
Discount Rate... On The Open Market

Which Is Affecting The Shareholder Nerve
And Their Faith In This Companies Ethics

And The Way You Have Worded Your Post
It Makes It Look Like The Full 500M A/S ,
Or At Least 300M Of It, Is Now All In The O/S

If This Is True, Then That Is Your Real-Deal Problem

I Was Under The Impression That Only 250M Shares
Of The Original 500M A/S Are Currently In The O/S

You Now Claim That Out Of The 500M Authorized Shares :

1 ) --- 200M Are Treasury Restricted

( I Sure Hope You Really Mean "Authorized" )

2 ) --- 250M Are Held By Gene + Family

( How Many Of These, If Any, Are Restricted ? )

3 ) --- 50M Left Over To Other "Retail"

( Does Thast Total 500M In The O/S, Per Your Numbers ? )

4 ) --- 33M Of That 50M "Retail" Was To The "Shell"

5 ) --- 15M Of That 33M Was Bought Back By Gene

( Is This The Real Reason The PPS Really Crashed
As To Give "Gene" A "Really Good Deal" On Those Shares ,
And You Are Just Coming Up With Reasons To Hide This
Possibility...
Uhhhmmmmm ?... Otherwise, Prove It )

6 ) --- Which Now Makes The 250M = 265M Owned By Gene + Family

7 ) --- Which Now Leaves 35M Shares In The "Loose Float"

8 ) --- In Which 18M Of This "Float" Is Still "Shell" People

9 ) --- And Nobody Really Knows What The True Float Is

0 ) --- Are You Gene ?

( Ha Ha... I Think )

So What You Are Really Saying Is That :

Nashville Records Has Dipped Into The Authorized Shares

And Pulled Out Another 50M Shares Without Telling Anyone ?...

Which Now Increases The O/S From 250M To 300M ?

Were These New 50M A/S Shares Converted And
Diluted Into 50M O/S - New Outstanding Shares

Were They Used Regarding This Previous PR :

. . . Or What ?

JUST SOME INFORMATION

" A/S " --- Authorized Stock :

Also known as "Authorized Shares"
or "Authorized Capital Stock"

The maximum number of shares that a corporation
is legally permitted to issue, as specified in
its articles of incorporation. This figure is
usually listed in the capital accounts section
of the balance sheet

This number can be changed only by a vote of all
the shareholders. Management will typically keep
the number of authorized shares higher than those
actually issued. This allows the company to sell
more shares if it needs to raise additional funds

Restricted Stock :

Insider holdings that are under some other kind
of sales restriction. Restricted stock must be
traded in compliance with special SEC regulations
i.e. Form 144

Insiders are given restricted stock after merger
and acquisition activity, underwriting activity ,
and affiliate ownership in order to prevent any
premature selling that might adversely affect
the company

Restricted stock cannot be sold without registration
with the SEC (under the Securities Act of 1933)or some
other special exemption

" O/S " --- Outstanding Shares :

Also referred to as "Issued And Outstanding"
if all repurchased shares have been retired

Stock currently held by investors, including
restricted shares owned by the company's officers
and insiders, as well as those held by the public

Shares that have been repurchased by the
company are not considered outstanding stock

This number is shown on a company's balance sheet
under the heading "Capital Stock" and is more
important than the Authorized Shares or Float

It is used to calculate many metrics, including
Market Capitalization and Earnings Per Share (EPS)

Float :

Also known as "Free Float"

The total number of shares publicly owned and
available for trading. The float is calculated
by subtracting restricted shares from the O/S

For example, a company may have 10 million in the O/S ,
but only seven million are trading on the stock market
Therefore, this company's float would be seven million

Stocks with small floats of less than 3M
tend to be a lot more volatile than others
