As per the fact that everything to do with PMCL had to be up to date and crystal clear for the CUSIP change (which has been done) and symbol change to take effect. A halt, which unfortunately is not going to happen, would be a blessing since the next time anyone would be able to trade PMCL would be with the new symbol. Would be like turning the lights on in a room full of cockroaches.
