Intel has said Nehalem includes GPU for all the clients. They have not discussed implementation, so it could be a seperate die using the packaging technology they use for current quad core products... we will just have to wait and see. I would expect with Nehalem being a quad core eight thread CPU, it's gonna take a fair amount of fab capacity even without an integrated GPU.
