It could be a new way of financing by combining both co's. and at the same time expand both co's potential.

PS. We took my mother back to her home town in Germany when she was 82 yrs old. She came from a small town "Laundaw" in Bavaria. This town only had about 100 people and they were mostly her relatives. They had a 300 acre dairy farm.
