Just imagine a stock with


Revenues = 50 million
Outstanding shares = 40 million

EPS = 1.25

PE = .023/1.25 = .0184

Multiply by 100 for a more reasonable PE

pps = $2.30 when PE = 1.8

Looks like it is undervalued. Where can you buy some of this stock?
