My point was regarding the firms that purchased the offered shares in exchange for $$ giving to RSDS. I may be wrong, but I don't think RSDS can dictate when the shares that were exchanged for $$ must be sold back into the market. Because the offering of shares stop on June 1st, doesn't mean the sale of those shares into the market will necessarily stop on June 1st.
